The Psaroulis Winery is based in the village of Vasilada, Messinia. The Psarouli family has been growing vineyards since 1948 and has the largest volume of Assyrtikos vineyards in Messinia, it has 170 acres of vineyards with the main volume planted on the bottom of a prehistoric lake.
Cultivation is done with respect for the environment and in harmony with nature. We produce with passion and dedication high quality wines that exude the authenticity and culture of our region.
Wine was a key element of the ancient Greek cultural heritage and had an important role in social and cultural life. In many cities of antiquity, such as Androusa and Ancient Messina, the vineyard cultivator symbolized the prosperity and blessing of the land.
Since 2013, we have been producing top quality wines from privately owned and selected vineyards in the wider area of Messinia, having created the new modern boutique, the winery. Processing takes place in our new state-of-the-art Winery located next to the vineyards.
