Our holistic philosophy starts in the field and ends in our plate and glass. We invite visitors to discover up close how local dishes are prepared! We walk together in vegetable gardens, pick the vegetables of the day and eat together, like the Greek family. We admire nature together, enjoy the sounds, aromas and tastes, learn about the migratory birds that choose to stop in our village for several weeks every year. We learn the history of the place and its traditions. We spend time together like the locals.
